1. Run the Division Plan and execute initiatives to increase sales of SEWA IM Division through the distributors: Building and manage relationships with all distributors to ensure sustained mutually benefiting relationships with distributors. Responsible for generating distributors sales forecasts (Volume, Value, and ASP) and monitoring RDP
2. Lead the business: Establish & maintain strategic relationships and opportunities for engagement with different distribution channels. Monitor competing distributor’s status and proposing initiatives to enable SEWA IM distributors to stay ahead of the competition. Ensure continuous value add services to the client. Identify and maximize retail merchandising opportunities
3. Innovate the business: Always have an In-depth understanding of own products and competitor products in the market identify and execute market research to obtain relevant information and share information in the business. Compile and conduct product and technical presentations to potential business partners
4. Grow the business: Ensure consistent growth in sales revenue. Share knowledge and information continually with existing and new team members. Self-development to stay abreast of the latest developments in this area of responsibility
5. Build the Business: Build capacity within the team to ensure succession is effective. Be the public face of SEWA IM division, manage PR and Media relationships and interface.
